At Simply Asia we’re proud to offer a unique Thai dining experience with a menu packed full of delicious dishes to satisfy a wide range of palates.

But more than that, we’re proud to say that we have a family of loyal customers, and it’s because of this that we feel it is time to start giving back to our customers with the Simply Asia App.

The Simply Asia loyalty program gives you 5% of your bill credited to your loyalty account in the form of points every time you spend at any Simply Asia across the country.

For those that have the loyalty cards note, these remain functional on our system however will be discontinued as of the 1st November 2022. Upgrade your loyalty card by downloading our Simply Asia App!

WHAT TO DO:

Download the Simply Asia app off google play http://lnnk.in/dqiX or apple store http://lnnk.in/ailN.
Register the App with your personal info.
Logon and click on rewards. If you already have an activated card, add your card number and your card will be linked to your app.
If you do not have an active card you will receive a virtual card in the app and use it to accumulate points.
Rest assured, your information is confidential and will never be made available to third parties.

HOW IT WORKS:

As a token of gratitude for your continued support, we are giving you 5% “cash back” on the total of your bill, which will be electronically credited to your app in the form of points.
You can build up your balance over a period of time or use your points as they become available to spend.
As an exclusive member of the Simply Asia App, you will be notified of any promotions or specials which we may be offering.

HOW TO EARN YOUR POINTS:

Scan the QR Hub code on your bill with the Simply Asia App. Click on “Scan to pay” on the top right of your App homepage. Select Earn, Earn & Earn ( to pay with your points OR you can even pay using your Credit Card details from within the App.

TO SPEND YOUR POINTS:

Your points are treated the same as cash. No minimum balance is required before you can use them.
You can redeem your entire available balance or part thereof whenever you wish.
If available points are not sufficient to cover the entire bill you can split payment between points and credit card.

ANNIVERSARY VOUCHERS:

Birthday club members will now be migrated to our new anniversary club.
Based on the date you downloaded the Simply Asia app, on each yearly anniversary we will give 1% of yearly spend on the app on top of the standard 5% accumulation to say thanks for being a loyal/regular customer.
All birthday voucher qualifiers (that have not yet redeemed birthday vouchers) for the 2020 calendar year will receive R50 worth of points credited to their loyalty account.
The Anniversary voucher replaces the birthday voucher with effect from 1st September 2020.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Simply Asia reserves the right to change (without prior notice) the benefits and terms and conditions at any time.
Simply Asia reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used to tip the waitron.
Use of this card is subject to our terms and conditions.
All Points not used within 36 months of accumulating will expire.
Only 1 coupon can be used per transaction.
