Roasted Chilli Paste Stir-fryvg

A mix of fresh peppers, spring onions, cashew nuts, onion, flavoured with fried garlic and tossed in a roasted chilli paste and stir-fry sauce. Served with jasmine rice. (Note when ordering the vegetarian option mixed Veg is added when ordering the tofu option both mushrooms and tofu is added)
