At Simply Asia we’re proud to offer a unique Thai dining experience with a menu packed full of delicious dishes to offer to our growing family of loyal customers.
The Simply Asia loyalty program gives you 5% of your bill credited to your loyalty account. The credit is in the form of points which accrue every time you spend at any Simply Asia across the country. Payments with points, coupons, vouchers or in App Credit wallet will not attract the 5%. A further 1% of yearly purchases is added to your account on the anniversary of your account creation.
What to do:
- Download the Simply Asia app off google play Click Here or apple store ClickHere.
- Register the App with your personal info.
- You will receive a virtual card in the app and use it to accumulate points.
- Rest assured, your information is confidential and will never be made available to third parties.
How it works:
- As a token of gratitude for your continued support, we are giving you 5% “cash back” on the total of your bill, which will be electronically credited to your app in the form of points.
- You can build up your balance over a period of time or use your points as they become available to spend.
- As an exclusive member of the Simply Asia App, you will be notified of any promotions or specials which we may be offering.
How to earn your points:
- Scan the QR Hub code on your bill with the Simply Asia App: Click on “Pay/ Earn Loyalty” on your App homepage. Select Pay & Earn or Earn (to pay with your points OR earn points off your till slip). When ordering off the app, points are added automatically.
How to spend your points:
- Your points are treated the same as cash. No minimum balance is required before you can use them.
- If available points are not sufficient to cover the entire bill you can split payment between points and bank card that is loaded onto the app.
- Points can be spent while ordering through the app or scanning the QR code on the bill.
Committed to Quality and Culture
- Based on the date you registered the Simply Asia app, on each yearly anniversary we will give 1% of yearly spend on the app on top of the standard 5% accumulation to say thanks for being a loyal/regular customer.
Terms and conditions:
- Simply Asia reserves the right to change (without prior notice) the benefits and terms and conditions at any time.
- Simply Asia reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used to tip the waitron.
- Use of this card is subject to our terms and conditions.
- All Points not used within 24 months of accumulating will expire.
- Only 1 coupon or voucher can be used per transaction.
- Any app profile that are not active for three years will be removed from the database, and any points will be forfeited.

How do I download the Simply Asia app?
- Go onto google play http://lnnk.in/dqiX or apple store http://lnnk.in/ailN and search “Simply Asia app”.
- Click download.
- Logon and click on rewards. If you already have an activated card, add your card number and your card will be linked to your app.

Every time you visit a Simply Asia store, we’ll give you 5% of your bill credited to your card.
What is the currency of the Simply Asia loyalty program?
We work in points, so 1 cent equals 1 point.
How do I redeem my Points?
Click on “scan to pay” as above and select “Pay and earn”
How do I see how many Points I’ve earned?
- Logon to your Simply Asia app.
- Click on settings in the top right hand corner.
- Choose Earn rewards
- You will then be able to see your available points
Will my personal information be kept confidential?
All bank card information is vaulted and stored by banking institutions and not the Simply Asia App.
