This week we introduced SABC 3’s Expresso Morning Show to some of the exotic, but not unfamiliar, Thai ingredients used in our authentic Thai meals, while Expresso Chef Zola shared some interesting facts and tips on how to cook with each ingredient.
We import almost all of our ingredients directly from Thailand, but still proudly supports South African companies by sourcing our meat, fish and vegetable produce locally.
